A road map to a Healthier life in 2025
eat good, live good!
The division of time into years, months, weeks, and days is just a calendar concept. The night between December 31st and January 1st is just like any other night.
Life’s decisions shouldn’t be based on yearly timelines. Instead, they should be made daily.
However, considering our understanding of time, divided into years, months, weeks, and days, I’ll share some thoughts on setting goals for a healthier life in 2025.
I have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). I don’t eat spicy, oily food, and junk food. I eat healthy and natural food fresh fruits. I am living a happy life with IBS.
So, all the precautions that doctors told me when diagnosing my disease, I decided to share with you. I have set a goal to act upon these.
1. Focus on your eating habits
Firstly, focus on what you eat, how much you eat, when you eat, and how you eat. It’s essential to change your eating habits.
I have a bad habit of watching TV shows or matches on my mobile while eating. I will get rid of this.
Generally, we consume food that’s not beneficial for our health. My doctor friend calls junk food non-beneficial food.
